CONSULTATION services
Our clinic offers comprehensive consultation services to Family Health Teams, schools, and community agencies supporting the mental health needs of children, youth, and adults. We provide case-specific guidance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-informed recommendations to enhance diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and service delivery. By working directly with care providers and educators, we aim to strengthen system capacity, improve outcomes, and ensure coordinated, responsive mental health support across sectors.

We offer group and individual supervision for students and those in the process of becoming psychotherapists or psychologists.
Dr. Alisha Henson, Ph.D., C. Psych
Clinical and Counselling Psychology - Autonomous practice with children, youth, adults, and families
As a supervisor, Dr. Henson is committed to supporting the development of core competencies in psychotherapy and psychological assessment for individuals pursuing registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), as well as MA and PhD trainees in clinical and counselling psychology. Her supervision emphasizes skill development, reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and the cultivation of strong therapeutic alliances with clients. Dr. Henson adopts an integrative theoretical orientation, drawing primarily from feminist, humanistic, and behavioural approaches. She strives to create a collaborative and supportive supervisory environment in which supervisees are encouraged to critically reflect on their clinical work, develop sound case conceptualization skills, and strengthen their professional identity as ethical and competent practitioners.
Melissa Oleynik, MA, RP
Melissa Oleynik provides clinical supervision for MA students in psychology and individuals pursuing registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is committed to supporting the development of strong clinical competencies in psychotherapy and assessment through collaborative learning, reflective practice, and skill development. Melissa emphasizes the importance of thoughtful case conceptualization, ethical practice, and the cultivation of meaningful therapeutic alliances. Through supervision, Melissa aims to foster a supportive and collegial environment where emerging clinicians can strengthen their professional identity, clinical confidence, and competence in practice.
