The Growing Connections Program is a unique service being offered by Child and Youth Worker, Laura Demont under the supervision of  Psychologist Dr. Alisha Henson and the clinical team at Pembroke Psychological Services.

Approach

Laura believes in the importance of creating connections with children in order to help facilitate real change. She views each child as the individual that they are and does not believe in one approach fits all. 

education and experience

Laura has over 26 years of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds in different settings. She has completed training in various crisis and behaviour management programs and is a registered behaviour technician through the Geneva Center for Autism.
